Easy as 1, 2, 3




I fell in love with these gorgeous centerpieces featured on Once Wed. Aren't the numbered pots filled with peonies amazing? I'd love to line our stoop with a few of these so I did a little searching. Turns out you can buy your own for $10 at Modern Chic Home. Love it!
