I feel like a little kid who found one extra present under the Christmas tree today and I'm so very happy to finally let you in on the secret I've been dying to share... A NEW SITE! As of today, you can find me at my new and improved home, The Pursuit of Style. I would absolutely love for you to drop by and tell me what you think. I'll be transferring my RSS feed over later today so if you subscribe that way you shouldn't have to do a thing (but please let me know if there are any issues! I'd hate to lose any of you!) Otherwise, I would be SO grateful if you could update any links you might have.
I'll be eagerly awaiting your feedback and honestly cannot wait for what's to come!

I hope your Christmas was merry and bright!
My holiday has been extended thanks to the snow storm hitting the east coast. Looks like I'll have a little extra time to spend with family and friends. Can't complain about that!
P.S I'm so excited for the big announcement tomorrow. I hope you won't be disappointed!

I'm signing off a bit early to spend time with friends and family but am sending the warmest wishes to you and yours. Thank you so much for your sweet comments, emails and continued support of this little blog. I have something very exciting lined up for Monday so I do hope you'll drop by. It just might have something to do with what I hinted about earlier this week. Can hardly wait to share!

I've admired Amanda Brooks for her sartorial wisdom in I Love Your Style, but after seeing photos of her family's mountain home featured on Vogue.com, I'm thinking her next book should focus on interiors! I honestly would love nothing more than to spend the winter hibernating in this Aiderondack retreat. Have you ever seen a more inviting cabin? I think a cup of hot chocolate and a stack of books is all I'd need by that roaring fire...

I'm flying home for the holidays tomorrow and while I'm there I definitely plan on making a trip to Boston to see the Avedon Fashion 1944-2000 exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts. I've been completely enchanted by his work ever since studying his portraits in a photography class during my boarding school days (seems like SO long ago now!) The photos above are just a few of my favorites from his online archives. I'm certain the exhibit will be even more inspiring and of course I'll be making a stop at the museum store on the way out!
