Globe Trotting

lovelydesign

I have an insatiable case of wanderlust. Lately I really just want to pack a bag and run away for a month or two. Do you ever feel that way? Sadly a trip isn't in the budget so I might just have to console myself with a vintage globe. At least then I'll already have our globe trotting adventures all planned by the time we can squeeze it into the budget.
How about you, any getaways to exotic locales in your future?

  4. Totally agree. Travel is an addiction. Better than chocolate, right? At least pretty globes and travel trinkets can temporarily ease the travel itch :)

  5. Hi sweetie, those globes are fabulous! Reminds me of one I had as a child. I too have the travel bug and put up today about 50 of the 150 pictures I've been drooling over and collecting from Tuscany. We're going to Playa del Carmen in May, woo hoo can't wait!! xoxo

  9. Love the globes, I've been obsessed with maps since I was little, we grew up all over the world and have a huge love for adventure. We're heading to Jamaica in June, wish I could pack you along, sounds like you need a break too! Great blog, feel free to check mine out, I just stareted and I'm a local too! *Amy

  12. I love globes too! I am slowly collecting them for my son's room and I think they look so cool, not to mention passing the travel bug on to the next generation. :) I am currently traveling, but our days are numbered as our time living in Europe will soon be coming to an end. That is going to be rough! I posted some pics if you guys want a little virtual trip with some design mixed in! :)
