Our apartment complex's pool opened up for the season today and you can bet that I was out there sunning myself almost as soon as they unlocked those gates! There is nothing I love more than reading at the beach and considering that the pool is as close as I'm going to get to water for now, it was good enough for me! Here is what I was sporting today:

Before I started working on my tan today I did make a trip to check out a chair I was eyeing on Craigslist. I scored this beauty for only $45! I had been looking for a chair like this and was expecting that I would have to have it upholstered in a fabric I liked, but then I stumbled across this gem and it is perfect! The back of the chair is a light turquoise color that matches the toile armoire and lamp I posted about earlier perfectly. I think it is really going to unify the whole room! I might add a throw pillow of some sort and I'll be on my way to a beautiful room :)
